Jumble Day!
Today was a big day. I accomplished a lot. Let's make a list:
- Cleaned the whole house
- Washed all the dishes
- Put away all the clothes
- Went to the Christmas party for my dad's side of the family.
- Made minty snowmen, penguin, and sheep with Jessie.
- Spun and plied some yarn that I'm calling "Mini Mermaid"
There's my great uncle Dick (player of guitar and accordion), Scott (player of banjo, guitar, and mandolin), and my dad (player of guitar).
Uncle Dick has had a very interesting life. He was once shot at by the city sheriff when trying to evade being arrested for driving under the influence many, many years ago. Sherif almost got him, but Dick used his guitar as a shield. Both his guitar and case still have the bullet hole. Just take a look:
I have a few snippets of the music that was played today too, but vox isn't wanting to help me out right now. Maybe later. :)
After that, Jess and I went back to my house where we made a minty village:
After Jess, Matt, & Twister left, Scott and I watched a movie while I spun up some yarn. Take a look:
And, that brings my day to a close. Look at how much I accomplished! :D
